Gerii Pleitez debut novel is a transgressive coming of age novel that is both brutal and beautiful. A punk, post-feminist, punch in the face. Her debut novel is seething with visceral poetic imagery which strikes at the heart of what it is to be young, to desire and to want purpose in a world which is often without.
